CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund of amount paid.
Reservations cancelled within the 20 to 30 days of arrival will forfeit ½ (half) of amount paid. Reservations cancelled less than 20 days of arrival will forfeit full payment unless owner is
able to re-rent for the dates reserved. We will do our very best to re-rent the condo
and will not charge for any of the dates we are able to re-rent.
Owner has the right to waive any part of this cancellation policy due to emergencies or
weather conditions.
A 100% credit of amount paid could be used for dates at another time providing there is
availability.
Condo #2 - Newly purchased unit available for rental March 20, 2012 with
the same pricing as Condo #1.
Photos will be put online when the refurbishing work is complete.
We have the same goal as stated for our first unit - to offer our guests a clean
welcoming unit with all the comforts of home.
Colors - 1st unit black and gray - 2nd unit browns and tans
Floor Plan - same in both units - except the new unit has an electric fireplace
Flooring - New unit wood flooring in living room and dining room. Carpeted bedrooms and tile floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room
Living Room slider walk-out to the green space off the concrete patio

This will especially benefit guests needing 2 units for large groups.
2 - 2 bedroom units will sleep 12 comfortably.
Nightly rental is available on both units - singly or together.
For your convenience the condos are across the parking lot
from one another and close to the amenities offered at Pointe Royale
Golf Village.
